KOTA KINABALU: A total of RM3.499 billion, or 80.1 per cent of the RM4.366 billion allocated for the state last year has been spent to carry out development projects statewide.

Chief Minister Datuk Seri Musa Aman, in disclosing this yesterday, said the allocation under the Second Rolling Plan of 10th Malaysia Plan (10MP) was meant for 785 development projects in Sabah.
