KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah Housing And Real Estate Developers Association (Shareda) has forwarded four proposals to the Federation of Chinese Associations Sabah for submission to the Prime Minister.The proposals are on capital contribution for electricity connection, providing a RM20,000 grant to first-time house buyers, stamp duty for construction contract and levy on foreign workers.
