KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Institute of Economic Research (Mier) has revised upwards its 2010 gross domestic product (GDP) growth forecast to 6.5% from 5.2% previously, given a stronger-than-expected first quarter GDP growth along with the strengthening domestic demand and stabilising conditions.
